Senior Recruiter (Busto Arsizio/Gallarate), Busto Arsizio

ADHR Group, an Italian company operating in the Human Resources services sector, is supporting its regional development in Lombardy to accompany its growth plan for 2025-2028. We are initiating a selection process to hire two HR SENIOR RECRUITERS for our branches in Busto Arsizio and Gallarate.

We aim to develop the following activities with you:

1. Support client companies in sourcing professional profiles of interest
2. Manage structured recruitment processes (defining job descriptions, posting ads, screening CVs, direct search using advanced tools, conducting interviews, presenting suitable profiles to clients)
3. Maintain relationships with candidates and manage their onboarding
4. Develop a professional network in the territory with companies, schools, and universities
5. Handle initial branch administration (contracts, pre-employment forms)
6. Engage in direct hiring, classroom training, performance bonuses, and welfare initiatives
7. Create formalized and personalized development plans
8. Join a company that balances results with the well-being of its resources

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience of 3-4 years in employment agencies
• Strong relationship skills
• A passion for HR, especially in personnel selection and consulting for companies
• Proactivity, dynamism, and determination

Work location: Busto Arsizio / Gallarate (VA)
