Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This includes generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless closing process. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and online platforms.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and help clients make informed decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Guide clients through the real estate transaction process from listing to closing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, zoning laws, financing options, and real estate regulations.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and escrow companies.
- Maintain CRM systems and keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Mix of office work, remote tasks, and local travel for showings and meetings.
- Commission-based compensation with earning potential tied to performance.
