Prima in Milan is looking for a Senior Quantitative Product Manager to shape and own the underwriting platform roadmap. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and analysts across Italy, the UK and Spain to deliver scalable, data-driven underwriting solutions.

You’ll drive strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and translate complex problems into actionable product features, with strong emphasis on quantitative analysis and technical fluency.

Competenze

• Strong quantitative thinking with data-driven decision making.
• 3+ years in product management or similar roles in software.
• Able to decompose complex problems and communicate findings clearly.

• Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for underwriting platform.
