Prima in Milan is looking for a Senior Quantitative Product Manager to shape and own the underwriting platform roadmap. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and analysts across Italy, the UK and Spain to deliver scalable, data-driven underwriting solutions.

You’ll drive strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and translate complex problems into actionable product features, with strong emphasis on quantitative analysis and technical fluency.

This role is an opportunity to drive the evolution of one of our most data-rich, operationally complex, and strategically critical platforms.You’ll partner closely with data scientists, underwriting analysts, engineers, and customer care operations across Italy, the UK, and Spain to shape the products that determine how millions of customers underwrite their policies every day.What you'll do:- Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap.- Lead the underwriting platform by improving end-to-end verification workflows to enable faster, more consistent, and smarter underwriting decisions.- Convert business and technical problems into product features.What we're looking for:- Experience (3+ years) in product management or adjacent roles in software development, business analytics, driving products in complex technical domains.- Strong quantitative skills: You think in numbers.
