Actalent seeks a Quality Manager for its Milan-area automotive manufacturing operations. The role leads a high‑volume quality function, ensuring ISO 9001 and customer standards, and partners with operations, engineering, and production to drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor a team of quality professionals, manage audits, and oversee corrective actions to improve first‑pass yield and customer satisfaction. This is a senior leadership position at a fully onsite facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• 7+ years in Quality, Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, or QA.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, Tier 1 context.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and customer quality standards.

Mansioni

• Lead plant quality activities to align with performance goals.
• Mentor quality engineers, technicians, inspectors, and supervisors.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and customer quality standards compliance.
• Own customer quality performance including complaints and audits.
• Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Lead internal, customer, and third‑party audits.
