Honeywell Technologies in Lugoj is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support the Global Quality Leader for Projects & Services. You will maintain a scalable QMS, manage ISO 9001 readiness, conduct audits, drive CAPA, and improve processes across global projects and services.

The role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Responsibilities include document control, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of quality across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
• 5+ years in quality engineering or related
• Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001 QMS
• Experience conducting internal and external audits
• Proven RCA, CAPA and nonconformity closure skills
• Understanding of project lifecycle and service delivery quality
