Techbiz Global Gmbh is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join a client team in Bolzano. The role focuses on building a QA function from scratch, establishing testing standards, and driving automation across UI, API, and regression suites.

You will own the end-to-end quality process, embed QA thinking across the lifecycle, and ensure release readiness through robust defect analysis and sign-off procedures.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on manual and exploratory testing across web applications.
• Experience testing complex third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external data providers).
• Shipping test automation from zero, not just maintaining an existing framework.
• Defect management and root-cause analysis with disciplined bug reporting.

Mansioni

• Ending customer-reported bugs by building an internal safety net that catches issues before release.
• Triage and reproduce incoming bug reports, trace issues across logs, API calls, and session replays.
• Test features in active development and run a regression suite before every release.
• Establish QA sign-off as a standard part of the release process.
• Build the quality infrastructure from scratch by defining strategy, automation, and processes the team lacks.
• Define testing strategy, standards, workflows, and documentation from the ground up.
• Design and implement an automation framework covering UI, API, and regression suites.
