Nymphis Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our international team in a long-term collaboration. The role focuses on independence, self-organization, and openness to new technologies, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance across projects.

You will review specifications with customers, validate software, and help shape QA processes. English fluency is required, and the team values curiosity, humor, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Agile software development processes.
• Solid experience with testing techniques and practices.
• Strong diagnostics and debugging skills.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture.
• Experience with tools that improve content/structure, quality, and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Nice to have: prior software testing on varied projects; scripting languages; OOP; IT degree; ISTQB/BBST certifications.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with customers and team members to review and analyze technical specifications.
• Validate software produced by developers to ensure quality and business value.
• Develop and enforce QA best practices.
• Define QA processes and tools for internal QA and customer representatives.
• Conduct manual and automated tests and analyze results.
• Validate non-functional requirements.
• Analyze and report identified problems.
• Coach and mentor QA team members.
• Document and share QA best practices across projects.
