We are looking for a Property Manager Italy committed to Real Estate, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milano within the Siemens Real Estate area.

Your Challenge
As a Property Manager Italy, your mission will be to ensure the correct operation of Siemens-owned locations in Milano, which will have development projects focusing on ESG requirements, employee satisfaction, and a strong business outlook.
Your main activities will include:
- Supporting interfaces with Internal Customers, Technical Property Managers, Contract Management, Real Estate Stakeholders, and local Authorities.
- Supporting interfaces regarding Construction Projects in Casa Siemens with SRE DP.
- Negotiating contracts and their conditions (e.g., price, termination terms), creating and completing agreements (lease-in and lease-out).
- Being responsible for the financial fulfillment of contracts, understanding corporate real estate impacts, including financial impacts of daily operations.
- Supporting space optimization based on customer needs and market developments, and identifying opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy costs, and rental conditions.
- Ensuring adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines, and processes.
- Executing local EHS aspects to minimize risks and ensure legally compliant operations, fostering a zero-harm culture.
- Understanding the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and monitoring budgets.
Qualifications
To be a perfect fit, you should have:
- Comprehensive skills and experience in corporate real estate during building operations and asset management, including real estate applications & building technologies.
- A degree in architecture or engineering sciences (mechanical, electrical, civil) with CAD experience.
- Project management experience in real estate maintenance investments.
- IT affinity to stay updated on technological innovations and apply them in the company.
- Excellent interaction and discussion skills.
- A strong service and solution mindset with customer interaction experience.
- Proficiency in Italian (native) and English (proficient).
- Customer-centric thinking.
- Effective collaboration across functions and networks.
- Commitment to developing technology and ethical standards.
