Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success As Senior Planner

This position is responsible for planning & monitoring complex, multi-year EPCI project(s) through identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance.

Develops project estimates and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project software.

• Calculates earned value management reporting parameters.
• Works directly with the Project Managers and project team members to identify and resolve problems in planning and scheduling for the project(s).
• Monitors, controls, consolidates, and provides feedback to the developed project plans.
• Assists in preparing project reporting, analysis, and various reports for management.
• Conducts project progress monitoring, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
• Regularly informs management of problems, issues, and project status against the baseline program.
• Defines and prepares monthly KPIs and reporting according to project requirements.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have / are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• At least 5 years of experience in project controls, especially in project planning and scheduling on EPCI projects (experience in construction and oil & gas is preferred).
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems.
• Experience in producing planning reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Proven track record in planning multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects.
• Availability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
