For our client, a multinational general contractor operating in the luxury construction and fit-out sector, we are looking for a highly experienced and execution-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality and high-end residential turnkey projects across Europe and the Middle East.
This is a key leadership role in an international, detail-oriented, and design-focused environment, where technical depth, client excellence, and organizational clarity are essential to success.
Activities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead luxury turnkey projects end-to-end, from tendering to final handover, including testing, commissioning, and close-out.
- Coordinate all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction) and define milestones in line with contractual obligations.
- Act as the main interface with clients, internal stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors, national and international.
- Manage contract documentation, scope of work, BOQs, planning schedules, and project governance tools (RACI, procurement schedule).
Operational & Technical Management
- Plan, monitor, and adjust time and cost performance, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structural works, MEP, finishes, FF&E, etc.) across multiple geographies.
- Ensure timely and compliant project delivery in line with international construction regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports, economic forecasts, SALs, and variation proposals.
Complexity Handling & Strategic Focus
- Tackle complexity not only in terms of budget (€15M–€500M+) but also in the variety of technical disciplines and interfaces involved.
- Represent the company with high-profile stakeholders: clients, designers, hotel operators, and consultants—often in high-pressure contexts.
- Operate across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring coordination and adaptability in a multi-country matrix structure.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects in structured, international environments.
- Proven expertise in luxury hospitality and high-end residential sectors, preferably in turnkey / EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) settings.
- Deep technical understanding of: structural works, MEP, drywall/finishes, façades, landscaping, and furnishings.
- Solid experience with contract administration, economic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2); French is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP, SAGE), Oracle CPM, and document control software; BIM familiarity is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50–80%, with international mobility and potential expat missions.
Location:
San Vendemiano (TV), Arezzo, or Milan – with frequent travel across Europe and the Middle East.
