For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Senior Project Manager

A worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a resource with 5-10 years of technical and commercial experience in mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.

The position is part of our System Division and will be the main responsible person for the execution of projects related to the supply of Compressor Systems, from order to effective handover for operation to the client.

Main Tasks:

• Collaborate with the Sales Engineer to ensure the success of the assigned project or project portion.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks to PEs and SPEs, ensure complete project execution, optimize man-hours, and maintain quality of deliverables.
• Establish internal reporting routines and procedures with PEs and other functions.
• Oversee the design and functionality of the plant according to specifications.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical documentation (P&IDs, General Arrangements, Foundation drawings, Compressor Datasheet, Functional Description, etc.) and delegate tasks based on experience.
• Apply deep risk management skills, understanding internal and customer needs and drivers.
• Control project risks, quality, time, and costs, including planning, expediting, and reporting progress internally and externally.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in SAP.
• 5-10 years of experience in similar roles and markets, preferably reciprocating compressors.
• Strong negotiation skills (technical and commercial).
