Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact technical infrastructure projects? Join a growing European consultancy at the forefront of Data Centre design and IT infrastructure strategy. We're expanding our Milan office and looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives for top-tier clients.

Your Mission :

As a Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery and provide consulting expertise across complex data centre and IT infrastructure projects, both from a technical advisory and design-to-delivery perspective.

You will :

1. Lead consulting and project management assignments across client Data Centre / IT estates.
2. Work directly with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to understand and scope client needs.
3. Support sales activities and develop tailored technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
4. Oversee multidisciplinary project teams (internal / external) from concept through commissioning.
5. Ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and contractual standards.
6. Guarantee profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction across all project phases.

Your Profile :

1. Degree-qualified engineer (ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines).
2. Experience in data centre design, IT infrastructure consulting, or M&E project delivery.
3. Ability to manage technical teams, external consultants, and client expectations confidently.
4. Strong commercial awareness and customer engagement skills.
5. Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
6. A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
