Mission

• Build strong relationships with the Client, GC, and local delivery team.
• Improve project margin.
• Complete IST with no snags on the scheduled date.
• Document monthly ongoing improvements / lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet scope, schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
• Monitor and maintain an overview of all projects.
• Implement or enforce change control over scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues, including escalation when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of the technical and operational environment related to project deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment.
• Manage the Project Management Plan within constraints approved by the Project Sponsor.
