Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibilities:

1. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain excellent relationship management.
2. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
4. Ensure resource availability and optimal allocation.
5. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
6. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
7. Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
8. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
10. Implement risk management strategies.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of project management experience in a structured company, with on-site project experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within Italy (client site).
• Strong technical background.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• PMP certification is a plus.
