Job summary

Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to join its finance team in Italy. The role focuses on modelling, deal execution, and financing for renewable assets across PV, BESS, and wind projects.

You will build and audit complex financial models, run sensitivity analyses, and support M&A, SPV transactions and project financing with cross-functional teams and banks. Fluent Italian and English are required, with strong ownership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in project or corporate finance, M&A, or renewables.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure deals.
• Advanced Excel modelling including project-finance concepts.
• Knowledge of Italian banking and financing terms.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Build, audit financial models for projects from development to operation.
• Model revenue drivers for PV, BESS and wind assets.
• Run sensitivity analyses and prepare investment papers for committees.
• Support M&A and SPV transactions; coordinate due diligence.
• Structure and execute project-finance and refinancing activities.
