Role Summary

The Project Engineer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products, technologies, and customer-specific solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating daily order fulfillment activities, providing quotation support, conducting engineering analyses, designing layouts/mechanical components, and supporting operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute multiple projects for various customers.
2. Coordinate with Engineering and obtain customer approvals for drawings.
3. Support production with technical guidance on specifications and deviations.
4. Conduct production planning meetings to communicate requirements and timelines.
5. Review technical documentation to validate product performance and suggest modifications.
6. Prepare and evaluate test plans and results.
7. Standardize and optimize existing and new product lines.
8. Collaborate with departments to ensure timely product delivery.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Knowledge of ANSYS (CFD, FEA) is a plus.
• Experience in development and design within an industrial setting.
• Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, and GD&T.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Travel may be required (approximately 10%).
