Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to oversee and optimize our Website Builder product. You will focus on addressing high-priority customer needs—including NPS initiatives, customer feedback, and revenue retention—to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty among our extensive user base. This role involves collaborating with a lean cross-functional team (engineering, support, design, marketing) and driving impactful improvements that enhance user experience and maximize the product’s commercial performance.

Your Impact
Product Ownership
  • Serve as the primary custodian of our Creator Website Builder Product, ensuring it maximizes value for millions of active users.
  • Maintain and improve core features, focusing on high-impact enhancements that address critical customer pain points.
Customer-Centric Improvements
  • Engage with users and support teams to identify top issues affecting NPS and satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and implement solutions that resolve user complaints and reduce support overhead.
Revenue Retention & Growth
  • Develop strategies to encourage customers to continue using and upgrading within the product.
  • Monitor churn patterns and collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to improve retention.
Backlog & Roadmap Management
  • Build a lean, data-driven product backlog based on user insights.
  • Balance maintenance with strategic improvements for the highest return on effort.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery of updates.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Define and track key metrics (e.g., NPS, churn, feature adoption).
  • Use data insights to iterate on features, processes, and communication strategies.
Strategic Alignment
  • Align product decisions with Jimdo’s business objectives.
  • Advocate for user-centric and revenue-focused improvements to maintain competitiveness.
What You Bring
  • Experience managing or contributing significantly to a SaaS product, preferably related to website building or digital publishing.
  • Proven ability to handle customer issues, improve NPS, and foster user engagement.
  • Experience balancing maintenance and strategic updates on mature products.
  • Understanding of retention, upsell, and subscription-based revenue strategies.
  • Proficiency in Agile or Lean frameworks for backlog and sprint management.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team alignment.
  • Ability to interpret product metrics and user feedback for data-driven decisions.
