Job Description

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in marketing, sales, and commercial policies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, prepare concise reports, and formulate development strategies.
  • Experience in building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; basic English skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, or nursing.
  • Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical or relevant industry, including 1-2 years in a therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update sales tools aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of events such as advisory boards, symposia, and training sessions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the Plan of Action (POA), ensuring timely execution and impact assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align strategies.
  • Monitor marketing performance, generate insights, and report to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and key customers.
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation.

This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and project management skills to deliver tangible results.
