Job Description: Sr. Manager Oncology
Knowledge:
- Must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry; Breast Cancer/Oncology experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields required; MBA or other advanced business degree is desired.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing is required.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
- Experience with high scientific emphasis therapeutic indications is highly desired.
- Experience in managing multichannel activities is recommended.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Recognized expertise in pharmaceutical communication planning.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor practices.
- Proven ability to develop external relationships leading to brand advocacy.
- Successful pharma marketing record with expense budget management.
- Excellent analytical skills for complex issue interpretation and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for leading and resolving conflicts across cultures and disciplines.

Specific Responsibilities:
This role is within the Business Unit Oncology as Senior Product Manager reporting to the Marketing Director. Responsibilities include:
- Sales Tools Development: Creating and updating impactful sales tools aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
- Event Planning and Organization: Leading the planning and execution of scientific and promotional events.
- Plan of Action (POA): Managing the entire POA lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and evaluation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal and external stakeholders to align and execute strategic priorities.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Using analytics to assess marketing initiatives and inform senior management.
- KOL and Customer Engagement: Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customers.
- Budget Management: Overseeing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Multichannel Activities: Developing and implementing digital strategies for brand engagement.
- Market Research: Utilizing market data to inform brand strategies and tactics.
