We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager for Lara Mobile & Desktop Applications. In this dynamic role, you will focus on enhancing user interaction through innovative mobile solutions and robust desktop applications. You will lead the evolution of these platforms to ensure they deliver seamless, intuitive and transformative user experiences, directly shaping how millions of users interact with Lara's cutting-edge machine translation technology. Your leadership will drive impactful solutions that redefine user expectations and set new industry standards.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the development and refinement of the Lara mobile app and Lara desktop app, setting new benchmarks for excellence in user interface, functionality, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create intuitive and effective designs that enhance user engagement across all platforms.
• Act as the voice of the user, championing a customer-centric approach to refine product development, enhance usability, and drive engagement.
• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for Lara’s mobile and desktop applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving user needs.
• Work closely with engineering, AI, R&D, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, user engagement, and overall success, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and shape the future roadmap of Lara’s applications.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a strong emphasis on mobile and desktop application development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate across engineering, design, and business functions to achieve project milestones.
• Strong technical foundation in mobile ecosystems, with familiarity with desktop software architecture and web technologies.
• Track record of driving innovation and integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical, user-friendly mobile applications.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires daily in-office presence, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work up to 48 days remotely per year, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.

Translated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 7 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
