MISSION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Senior Product Manager – Fragrances, you will lead the global product marketing of key fragrance lines such as Dolce, K&Q, and L’Imperatrice, with a focus on olfactive, conceptual, and creative excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity of each launch, ensuring strong market alignment, and delivering end-to-end project execution with cross-functional excellence.

Product Development Leadership

  • Analyze market positioning and product mix for each region to shape launch strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead full product development across formula, concept, naming, primary and secondary packaging.
  • Build, brief, and guide creative development in alignment with brand DNA.

Project Management & 360° Launch Coordination

  • Ensure flawless execution of launches, from design and mock-ups to toolkit preparation.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, operation teams for all development phases.
  • Oversee the creation of the toolkit materials.
  • Collaborate closely with content, digital, merchandising, education, and trade marketing teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand launches.

Strategic & Financial Management

  • Monitor KPIs: market share, turnover, launch performance.
  • Propose and manage the budget for assigned lines, ensuring profitability and tracking costs at all stages.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture built on mutual support, ownership, and shared success.
  • Inspire and grow team members while encouraging cross-functional alignment through soft influence and a strong sense of partnership.
  • Act as a role model in building a team dynamic where everyone is empowered to contribute and go the extra mile.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Global Marketing, preferably within the fragrance or beauty sector.
  • Proven experience in leading olfactive and creative development projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and storytelling with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral conversation). Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus.
