About The Role And The Team

Join our global team to help us achieve our social mission: making millions of people’s opinions heard for the benefit of our local, national, and international communities. As a Senior Product Manager focused on Dashboards & Reporting, you'll be part of the Crunch team, our core data experience platform that powers syndicated data products, custom research, and first-party research hubs.

In this role, you'll own the “big picture” user journey for business users, those who need quick, intuitive access to insights without diving deep into data. Think ready-made dashboards, automated reports, and light-touch experiences that surface immediate value. You'll report directly to the Director of Product, Crunch, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and commercial teams. We're looking for someone who thrives on empathy for end-users, spotting unmet needs in how busy professionals consume data, and turning those into seamless, visual-first solutions that feel effortless. This is not just about building features, it's about anticipating what our clients, marketers, executives, and strategists, truly need to make faster, smarter decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify opportunities by digging into customer feedback, usage patterns, and market shifts, bringing fresh problem areas to the table for us to explore and solve together.
  • Deeply understand the perspectives of business users, internal stakeholders, and external clients, using high emotional intelligence to bridge gaps and ensure our solutions resonate on a human level.
  • Craft and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our long-term vision, focusing on simplifying complex data into accessible dashboards and reports that deliver instant insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and researchers, to guide features from ideation to launch, emphasizing fluid, user-friendly experiences for non-experts.
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Managers, integrating core platform services such as AI-powered summaries into viewer-friendly interfaces.
  • Define clear goals, requirements, and metrics, communicating them effectively to diverse audiences while adapting based on real-world feedback.
  • Track performance through user engagement data, like dashboard creation rates and time-to-insight, to iterate and refine experiences that keep users coming back.
  • Stay ahead of trends in data visualization and user-centric analytics, applying your creativity to rethink how we make data approachable and actionable.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial teams and clients, to ensure our products not only meet but anticipate their evolving needs.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS Product Management, ideally shaping analytics tools for business audiences who prioritize speed and simplicity over depth.
  • Strong experience building intuitive data products, such as dashboards or reporting interfaces, with a knack for making complex information feel straightforward and engaging.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product tools.
  • A self-starting mindset, you spot issues independently and drive explorations without needing constant guidance.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence: you naturally empathize with users, anticipate their frustrations, and advocate for solutions that put their needs first.
  • Sharp analytical skills to turn data into insights, combined with the curiosity to experiment and embrace uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English, to tailor messages for technical and non-technical folks alike, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • A growth-oriented attitude, always seeking ways to evolve personally and push the team forward.
  • Ability to work autonomously while leveraging diverse team talents, ensuring everyone contributes to creating polished, user-delightful experiences.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with survey design, data visualization platforms, or business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of API integrations to enhance light-touch data flows.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies for features like automated audience suggestions or dashboard summaries.
  • Background in marketing analytics or customer insights, helping you intuitively grasp viewer needs.
