At Radical Storage , we're reshaping the way people travel by offering hassle-free, secure luggage storage solutions in over 1000 cities and 10,000+ locations , available in 20 languages . Our platform helps travellers make the most of their journey by giving them freedom from their bags.

We’re a laid-back but focused remote team (this role will be based as a 2-3 day per week hybrid in Rome) that thrives on collaboration and innovation. Twice a year, we meet up at amazing locations (think castles and resorts) for team ‘camps’ that mix strategy and fun.

The Role : Product Manager (Core KPIs & Growth)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our remote team and take ownership of our core product growth , experimentation, and strategic product initiatives.

Your mission is to connect the dots between data, design, dev, and stakeholders — driving our product forward with purpose.

We’re looking for a leader, someone who is high energy and proactive. A self starter that can inspire, drive new process and push the product to a new level.

What You’ll Focus On

North-Star KPIs & OKRs : Define and own critical metrics

Epic-Level Planning : Translate research and insights into measurable, time-boxed initiatives that move our core metrics.

A / B Test Strategy : Set hypotheses, experiment gates, sample size logic, and lead experiment prioritisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align SEO, marketing, engineering, partnerships, and leadership around shared goals.

Integration Business Cases : From affiliate APIs to new payment methods — you’ll model GMV impact and payback periods.

Sprint Card Drafting : Write top-line epics and collaborate with the Product Owner, who handles user stories and sprint planning.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prioritise and define core product roadmap items, informed by data and strategic goals.

Collaborate with the Product Designer to integrate user insights into growth experiments.

Work closely with the Data Analyst to set KPIs, structure dashboards, and read out experiment results.

Stay aligned with Project Managers managing partner timelines and API integration planning.

Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external), from engineering to execs and external partners .

You’ll Also Support

Other product areas , such as mobile app, invoicing, SEO, and marketing features — acting as a strategic caretaker.

Design team focus , helping direct research and experimentation toward the biggest product levers.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years experience in a product-focused role (ideally marketplace, or travel tech)

Track record of working with agile teams , and managing a product backlog

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise in a sea of competing opportunities

Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks , conversion funnels, and KPI tracking

A love for clean communication — with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers

Fluent English (written and spoken) — required
