CityLink, a company within the ATM Group, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of key Smart Mobility products and services. The role involves analyzing end-user needs, supporting strategic product decisions, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring technological trends in Smart Mobility and Smart City sectors;
• Conducting market, competitor, and consumer preference analyses;
• Designing products aligned with the company's strategic vision;
• Overseeing product launches and lifecycle management;
• Prioritizing business and customer needs, selecting optimal solutions, and ensuring delivery in collaboration with involved business areas;
• Seeking partnerships to develop business opportunities;
• Managing external partner networks;
• Defining commercial objectives and product features;
• Developing marketing, communication, and sales strategies;
• Analyzing sales and market data for continuous improvement and innovation;
• Managing teams with diverse seniority and skills;
• Ideating and developing new product ranges based on market data and customer feedback.

Qualifications include a master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields, proven experience in managing complex, high-impact technological projects, knowledge of mobility and smart city technologies, familiarity with agile methodologies, data science tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), experience in digital innovation (B2B and B2C), and excellent English skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Specialist master's in Digitalization, Innovation, or New Business Models;
• Certifications in Project, Program, or Product Management;
• MBA or equivalent;
• At least 10 years of similar experience in consulting or mobility service companies.

Necessary personal skills include strong communication, proactive attitude, flexibility, problem-solving, project and time management, and team leadership abilities. Additional advantages include belonging to protected categories under law 68/99.
