As the Senior Product Engineer II you play a pivotal role in guiding the software development and product engineering teams through highly complex technical challenges, requiring deep analytical and problem-solving skills. You will start with a unique blend of hands‑on, high‑impact development and technical leadership, evolving into a strategic orchestrator as your team grows to eliminate planning complexities and streamline cross‑team communication. This isn't about just maintaining code; it’s about driving systemic efficiency, setting elite engineering standards, and transforming technical strategy into reality to fuel Docebo's growth.
