Agoda is seeking a senior Product Designer to own end-to-end UX for the Customer Experience Group. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners to define delightful experiences and cohesive design systems.

You’ll drive discovery, craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys, and lead with a customer-centered approach across multiple products and features. Strong communication and strategic thinking are key.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred.
• Ability to drive discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach.
• Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys; think and craft at a system level.

What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda:

As a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

Role in the CEG Team:

The Customer Experience Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self-service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You'll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration. As a senior designer, you'll lead the direction and execution of these experiences across the space you own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
• Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
• Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
• Think and write about your process and detailing your decisions
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
• Be a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.

Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:

• You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach
• You have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys
• You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
• You’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making
• You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• 5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred
