The opportunity :

We are looking to recruit a Senior Product AI Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be required to extend the usage of Generative AI and Agentic AI in Witboost. You will be part of a top-notch product team.

Your mission will be to automate the Data Product Life-cycle to unprecedented levels with a BYOM approach and leveraging the power of an Agentic AI architecture. Data Product Management is the foundation to have AI Ready Data so it will be the foundation for the AI revolution in the upcoming years. You will integrate GenAI, Agents, Classic ML, Graph ML to create a complete new user experience for data product teams.

RAL :

Responsibilities :

• Analyzes, designs, and implements complex systems;
• Challenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve;
• Mentors junior engineers via pairing, design, and code review;
• Builds software solutions by adhering to our quality standards about SDLC;
• Makes active efforts to stay up-to-date with technologies;
• Leads the technical design of complex systems;
• Understands and optimizes system performances;
• Takes the initiative to fix issues before they become a problem;
• Delivers complex systems, well-baked, and almost bug-free;
• Proactively identifies problems with requirements and project plan;
• Go to an expert in one technological area;
• Research and propose new technologies;
• Detect possible performance bottlenecks;
• Known for drama-free launches;
• Consistently influence technical and business roadmap of the product;
• Proactively identify and tackle tech debt;
• Communicate with self-awareness;
• When proposing something, at any level, is doing it in written form and providing the proper context;
• Contributes to the career development of others.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
• Previous experience in a product company;
• 6+ years of previous experience;
• Deep expertise in classic ML and Generative AI;
• Very good software engineering attitude and skills;
• In-depth knowledge of Agentic AI;
• In-depth knowledge of programming language Python;
• Good knowledge of Graph ML;
• Some knowledge of Typescript and Java;
• Some knowledge of Data Mesh;
• Excellent in Agile methodologies;
• Proactivity;
• Business and functional understanding;
• Team Player;
• Leadership capabilities.
