A small-medium precision machining company is seeking a Senior Process & Industrialization Manager in Turin. You will support the Engineering Department by optimizing CNC processes and managing production setups. Candidates should have a technical degree and relevant experience in the automotive sector. Strong skills in CNC programming and 3D CAD software are essential. This is a full-time role offering an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects.

Competenze

  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
  • Solid experience in a similar role within the automotive sector essential.
  • Very good in English, both written and spoken.

Overview

Our client is a small-medium company in the precision mechanical machining sector for the automotive and other industrial markets. The role supports the Engineering Department by defining the correct processes from customer drawings to enable production, collaborating with production and workshop teams, contributing to equipment and tooling specifications, and defining the preparatory setup phase for production with cost engineering considerations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process study and costification.
  • Industrialization of new products.
  • Process optimization of CNC machining (turning/milling).
  • Time & Motion Analysis.
Requirements
  • Technical degree (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar).
  • Solid experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC programming language, especially FANUC.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD software: ZW3d, Visi, AutoCAD.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAM software: ESPRIT.
  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Strong skills in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of tools and equipment for CNC machines.
  • Excellent knowledge of laboratory measurement systems.
  • Very good in English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
