SENIOR PRESALES MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and providing suitable technical solutions. Track customer processes, prepare presentations, and demonstrate products to potential clients in collaboration with the product team.
2. Training and Support: Deliver training and technical support to customers and the internal sales team, ensuring all members are updated on the latest product features and enhancements.
3. Data Management: Oversee and manage customer-related data, including CRM records, customer statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analysis and reporting.
4. Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports to monitor key customer metrics, utilizing business intelligence tools for customized reporting.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure efficient and coordinated workflows both locally and globally.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the BI industry or financial solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Additional language skills in Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
