SENIOR PRESALES MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions. Track customer processes, prepare presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers in close contact with the product team.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to customers and the internal sales team. Ensure that all team members are updated on the latest product features and improvements.
  • Data Management: Supervise and manage company data related to customer performance, including CRM, customer statements, and key KPIs. Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
  • Reporting: Create and manage detailed reports to monitor key customer metrics. Use business intelligence tools to generate customized reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure an efficient and coordinated workflow both locally and at the group level.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Nice to have an experience in BI industry or finance solutions.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary for this position.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish is a plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills and used to working with different stakeholders in an international environment
