Senior PPC Specialist

At Diesel’s Milan headquarters, we are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with strong technical and analytical expertise to lead Paid campaigns on a global scale. The candidate will join the E-commerce Department, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and Criteo;
• Use Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns;
• Monitor KPIs, create in-depth reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS;
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance;
• Contribute to the development of strategies for new markets and international audiences;
• Build new synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders;
• Bring innovation and propose new tools and/or innovative approaches.

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns;
• Strong command of SA360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Programmatic Advertising;
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (a plus) or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager;
• Background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued;
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working with large datasets;
• Fluent in English, native or advanced Italian.
