Fluence in Milano is seeking a Senior Portfolio Finance Manager to orchestrate the financial aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance and profitability. You will work with SAP, Unifier and other financial systems to translate complex project economics into actionable insights.

You will partner with project teams, manage budgets, process changes, and provide timely financial reporting, with travel up to 20% as projects require.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience managing construction projects or long-term service contracts.
• Experience with SAP, Unifier and other financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and project budgeting capability.
• Fluency in English and Italian is expected.

Mansioni

• Oversee project contract administration and streamline processes for financial transparency.
• Provide real-time visibility into budgets and financial performance with project managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintenance providers to meet timelines and quality.
• Document review and change order negotiations with customers and contractors, including risk/opportunity analysis.
• Analyze requisitions and invoices to maintain accurate project financials.
• Lead project reviews from initiation to close-out with thorough reporting and forecasting.
• Enhance profitability through strategic change orders and supplier claims.
• Communicate financial insights to project teams clearly.
• Maintain budget integrity and forecast expenditures with timely accruals.
• Ensure VAT, customs duties and tax compliance for project execution.
