Proxaut S.r.L. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee technical projects from planning through execution at our Modena facility. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The candidate will work with engineering and manufacturing departments, drive project schedules, and report on progress and risks. A degree in engineering and 5+ years of similar experience are required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in metalworking, industrial automation, or industrial machinery.
• A degree in Engineering or a technical diploma.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Managing the technical and logistical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and contractual requirements.
• Ensuring appropriate quality and safety standards.
• Organizing internal and client meetings to ensure proper project management and prevent issues.
• Scheduling and planning project activities to achieve objectives.
• Liaising with end customers on project requirements.
• Collaborating with Purchasing, Administration, Design, Preliminary Engineering and related functions.
• Coordinating the project team and managing budgets.
• Coordinating activities through all project phases and monitoring progress.
• Preparing and presenting progress reports and solutions.
