The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project planning experience, specifically with Primavera P6, and will manage scheduling, collaboration with subcontractors, and project deliverables from day one. Immediate start is required, and fluent English is essential.

Job Title : Senior Project Planner (Freelance)

Location : Rome, Trigoria, Italy Project : Data Center Contract Type : Freelance Contract Length : 12 months extendable Start Date : Immediate About the Role : Our client are urgently seeking a Freelance Senior Project Planner to join a high-profile Data Center construction project based in Rome (Trigoria). The project is already underway, and we require an experienced and proactive planner who can independently manage and drive all planning, scheduling, and construction coordination tasks from day one. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining schedule integrity, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring project deliverables are updated and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities : Manage full project planning and scheduling activities for a large-scale construction project. Maintain and update the approved baseline schedule on a weekly basis. Lead and participate in daily meetings with subcontractors to track progress and coordinate activities. Collaborate with the construction and engineering teams to align on project goals. Utilize Primavera P6, BIM tools, and AutoCAD for scheduling and coordination. Essential Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning roles, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or data center projects. Proven expertise in Primavera P6. Strong experience in project scheduling. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus).
