Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to process and maintain government inspectable records for clearances and trusted positions. You will apply advanced advisory skills, work with government programs, and mentor teammates.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and extensive experience with DNI, DoD, and SCI security policies. You will interact with CAF, EQiP, and adjudicative guidelines and work at customer facilities as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years in personnel security program administration.
• Experience with EQiP, CAF interaction, derogatory processing and adjudicative guidelines.
• 3+ years with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, or Scattered Castles.
• Experience with DNI, DoD, and SCI personnel security, ICD 704 and FEP processes.
• Experience advising senior security officers and handling collateral and SCIF facilities.

Mansioni

• Process and maintain personnel security records for government clearances.
• Advise on security countermeasures and execute security procedures.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members and manage complex cases.
• Interact with security offices and liaise with DNI, DoD and SCI programs.
