Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to process and maintain government inspectable records for clearances and trusted positions. You will apply advanced advisory skills, work with government programs, and mentor teammates.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and extensive experience with DNI, DoD, and SCI security policies. You will interact with CAF, EQiP, and adjudicative guidelines and work at customer facilities as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years in personnel security program administration.
• Experience with EQiP, CAF interaction, derogatory processing and adjudicative guidelines.
• 3+ years with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, or Scattered Castles.
• Experience with DNI, DoD, and SCI personnel security, ICD 704 and FEP processes.
• Experience advising senior security officers and handling collateral and SCIF facilities.

Personnel Security Specialist**The Opportunity:**Process and maintain company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances and positions of trust. Apply advanced advisory skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The world can't wait.**You Have:*** 5+ years of experience in personnel security program administration, including working with EQiP, Consolidated Adjudication Facility (CAF) interaction, derogatory information processing, and adjudicative guidelines* 3+ years of experience with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, or Scattered Castles* 3+ years of experience with security clearance programs, concepts, and principles* Experience with directives covering DNI, DoD, and SCI personnel security, specifically Department of the Navy ICD 704 SCI personnel security policy and the Foreign Exception Package (FEP) process* Experience advising senior combatant command or component security officers* Experience with collateral and sensitive compartmented facility management* Experience planning for and executing security countermeasures* Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications* TS/SCI clearance* Bachelor’s degree**Nice If You Have:*** Experience implementing federal security guidelines* Experience with LENEL electronic security systems* 24+ hours Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification* ICD 705 Certifications* DCSA SPēD or SFPC Certification**Clearance:**Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
