VOLT Infrastructure in Italy seeks a senior Permitting Manager to lead permitting and authorisation processes for solar PV projects. You will coordinate with public authorities, consultants and internal teams to secure regulatory approvals and support development, construction and operation phases.

You will oversee feasibility, submit A.U./V.I.A./P.A.S./P.A.U.R. and landscape authorisations, and mentor a junior team while monitoring regulatory changes and industry trends to minimize risks.

Competenze

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Urban Architecture or related fields.
• Strong experience in renewable energy permitting, preferably solar PV.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage feasibility studies, regulatory screening, and permitting strategies from development to operation.
• Prepare and submit permitting applications (A.U., V.I.A., P.A.S., P.A.U.R., landscape authorisations).
• Coordinate with public authorities, consultants, and stakeholders; participate in Conferenze di Servizi.
• Lead and mentor a junior permitting team, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support investment decisions, project financing, and M&A by providing permitting input.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance and development teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes, market trends and policy developments.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
