David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to join a fast-growing consumer AI Growth team. This remote role covers Europe/Asia with direct ownership of paid campaigns and significant media spend across mainstream consumer channels.

You will drive acquisition performance, optimise CAC/CPA/ROAS/LTV, and lead creative testing decisions across markets. Prior experience in B2C subscriptions or apps is essential.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven hands-on paid acquisition with direct campaign ownership.
• Personally controlled spend of $300K+ per month.
• Recent demonstrable results linked to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback.
• Strong B2C acquisition background in consumer apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming or dating/social.
• Proven ownership of creative testing decisions.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company that is seeking to onboard a Senior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team.

The role is highly hands-on, with direct ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, significant monthly media spend and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels. The successful candidate drives commercial performance and helps scale acquisition across international markets.

Position: Senior Junior Performance Marketer - Mainstream

Location: Remote (Europe/Asia)

Employment type: B2B engagement preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns

• Directly control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets

• Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance

• Own creative testing decisions, including what to test, scale or stop

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C consumer channels

• Scale campaigns across multiple markets and platforms

• Conduct high-volume creative testing to identify scalable acquisition opportunities

• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support commercial decisions

• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition performance

• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and commercial priorities

• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition challenges where relevant

• Use performance and attribution tools to analyse campaign effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
