IC Resources is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join and lead a design team in Perugia, Italy. You will be hands-on on high-skill projects, guiding schematic reviews, technology selection, and PCB layout, with design verification and a full documentation release.

The role requires experience in PCB design teams, RF/non-RF materials, and documentation of assemblies, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. Perugia-based, on-site position.

Competenze

• Experience leading a PCB design team and delivering high-skill, demanding projects.
• Availability to work in Perugia, Italy.
• Knowledge of RF and non-RF materials and PCB manufacturers.
• Experience documenting electronic assemblies.
• Understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM).

A Senior PCB Design Engineer is required to join and lead a design team. This whilst still being hands on in high skill, demanding projects, forming schematic review and technology selection through PCB layout, design verification and the release of the complete documentation package.

Requirements

• Previous experience on PCB design team and manufacturing processes
• Availability to work in Perugia, Italy
• Knowledge of RF and non-RF basic materials and knowledge PCB manufacturers
• Knowledge of documentation of electronic assemblies
• Understanding in DFM
• Constructive and collaborative approach
• Problem solving attitude

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Altium designers
• EU National
• Understanding of the soldering processes and methods of SMT and THT components
