Our client is a professional and administrative services company for businesses, entities, and individuals, specializing in corporate consulting, tax, and personnel management.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for:

PAYROLL SPECIALIST: Payroll and Contributions Processing Specialist and Company Management

The candidate will be responsible for the administrative management of employee salaries and will handle:

1. Autonomous management of the entire payroll cycle and a client portfolio
2. Preparation and submission of INAIL declarations, Certificate of Income, and Model 770
3. Management of supplementary pension funds and corporate welfare
4. Coordination with institutions and entities for all mandatory compliance requirements

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in economic disciplines
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional firms
3. Knowledge of the Job payroll software by Sistemi (preferred)

We offer a permanent contract.

Work location: Milan, Portello area

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000

Benefits: Meal vouchers of €8 for each working day
