Our client is a professional and administrative services company for businesses, entities, and private individuals, specializing in business consulting, tax services, and personnel management.

To strengthen their team, we are seeking a:

PAYROLL SPECIALIST: Payroll and Contributions Processing and Company Management

The successful candidate will handle the administrative management of employee payrolls and will be responsible for:

1. Autonomous management of the entire payroll cycle and a client portfolio
2. Preparation and submission of INAIL declarations, Single Certification, and Model 770
3. Management of supplementary pension funds and corporate welfare
4. Relations with institutions and entities for all mandatory compliance requirements

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

1. Diploma in Accounting or a degree in economic disciplines
2. At least 6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in professional studios
3. Knowledge of the Job payroll software by Sistemi (preferred)

We offer a permanent contract.

Work location: Milan, Portello area

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
