We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage the Payroll process in accordance with legal requirements and the CCNL Commercio, and to collaborate on the implementation of company processes.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will report to the Country Manager Italy and will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the correct planning of working hours by Stores and the processing of monthly attendance through the Zucchetti software;
• Being the point of reference for the operational management of ZScheduling and Workflow (Zucchetti) in support of Store Managers (Retail channel) and the Head Office;
• Ensuring the passage of the attendance flow to the Payroll Provider and the correct processing of pay slips within the timeframes set by the Company;
• Ensuring the correct administration of personnel, interfacing with the Labor Consultant as necessary;
• Preparing adequate reporting and analyzing KPIs;
• Relating to competent authorities (e.g., INAIL, INPS, ITL, Supplementary Pension Funds, etc.) for matters related to personnel management and administration;
• Collaborating with the HR Team and the Accounting Team;
• Other activities related to the performance of the duties;

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in economic, humanistic, or related disciplines;
• Prior experience (5 years) in labor consulting firms and/or medium/large-sized companies (with Payroll process management);
• Excellent knowledge of the CCNL Commercio - must have;
• Excellent knowledge of the Zucchetti software (ZScheduling - Workflow - Presenze Web) - must have;
• Plus: prior experience in the implementation of Zucchetti;
• Advanced Office package skills;
• Good knowledge of the English language - must have;
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills;
