Overview

Your mission

As a Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to making Buddyfit a success. You will be responsible for developing new and existing partnerships with various tier companies across several verticals. It is crucial that you have a vision and you are ready to find ways to get there.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the partnerships end-to-end, from initiating contact to deal construction, discussing agreements, and execution.

A strong focus is dedicated to media sales partnerships to the consolidation and further development of our monetization strategy, as well as finding and discovering new areas of B2B business growth.

You are able to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and you can count on a team of highly skilled colleagues with different backgrounds and areas of expertise, where everyone is passionate and open to helping you reach your goals.

Your profile

Here’s what you will take care of

  • Develop, negotiate, and execute agreements with partners.
  • Identify and maintain pipelines, track documents, and communicate key updates to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects or assess the feasibility of different proposals.
  • Take ownership of the in-bound and out-bound channels for all verticals and tiers.
Skills & Requirements
  • Min. 3 years in partnership / business development roles.
  • Proven sales experience under KPI of new revenue generation / repetition.
  • Experience in the management of projects, and a structured way of working.
  • Creative mindset and personalized approach to customer (seniority / vertical / tier).
  • Preferred: Experience in the media industry and media sales.
