Amazon Ads Partners assist brands in achieving and exceeding their goals through technological innovation and managed services. To accelerate our growth, we are expanding our partnerships across independent agencies, AdTech, and MarTech SaaS providers. Our team fosters partnerships to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those not selling on Amazon.com.

This role involves working across all ad products, supply sources, and geographies, making it an exciting opportunity to impact the business broadly. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented business development leader with a proven track record in developing complex tech partnerships. You will cultivate new partnerships, drive revenue growth for emerging ad products, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.

You will manage end-to-end new business processes, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating partnership opportunities, outreach, negotiations, and execution. You will exemplify best practices in incubating partnerships, deep-diving into partners’ tech products, and optimizing partner performance. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal is essential to foster innovation and achieve better outcomes for brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing high-impact partnerships to drive revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes.
  • Managing a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners and influencing their strategies.
  • Representing Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies.
  • Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations.
  • Working cross-functionally to drive initiatives and programs.
  • Driving innovation for partner growth at scale.
  • Setting and owning goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions.
  • Using data analytics to inform business development decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Several years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing cross-functional programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience negotiating complex legal agreements.
