Vivienne Westwood Srl is recruiting an enthusiastic and proactive resource to join the Logistics teamat our Milan Office as Senior Outbound Logistics Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supervision and operational execution of activities related to the outbound process for the IT 3PL finished product warehouse
• Resolution of any problems and anomalies during outbound processes
• Support to the IT Logistics Manager in daily logistics administration activities, including documentation management and communication with internal and external associates
• Support in stock take coordination and stock alignment
• Monitoring the achievement of KPIs assigned
• Support to the IT Logistics Manager in the search and selection of new carriers and the definition and verification of all relevant contracts
• Support in the analysis of processes and new projects for continuous cost and performance optimization
• Managing the preparation of weekly department meetings
• Support in seasonal forecasts and drafting all necessary reports related to traceability and sustainability
• Regular warehouse visits requested

Criteria :

• Course of study in Logistics Engineering and Supply Chain Management, Economics or equivalent;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and Office package (proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of SAP is a plus);
• at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury logistics environment;
• Good knowledge of custom flows.
