Aligned Data Centers seeks a Lead Engineer for OT & Network Infrastructure to serve as the technical authority for the BMS, EPMS, and telemetry fleet. You will translate complex data transport and latency metrics into binding engineering mandates ensuring the data center's digital nervous system remains resilient.

Competenze

• Experience 8+ years in OT/ICS or telemetry networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or CS; CCNP/CCIE/CISSP preferred.
• Expert in industrial protocols and high-availability switch architecture.
• Strong leadership and ability to brief C-suite.

Mansioni

• Lead forensic analyses during loss of visibility or telemetry outages.
• Review network topology and issue changes before site deployment.
• Audit OT networks for VLAN segregation, air-gapping, firmware lifecycle, and backups.
• Evaluate AI-related telemetry transport and validation with cooling lab partners.
• Act as Tier-3 escalation point for severe network incidents and provide executive assessments.
