Selection process

We like to think and work fast, respecting everybody’s time. Hence, we try our best to keep the selection process as lean as possible.

You will go through a four steps process (no panic, it’s structured but not long!) :

  • LinkedIn Application : In the LinkedIn application, you will be required to answer a few questions about your status, availability, and experience. Then you'll get a link to a tech questionnaire to self assess your technical skills.
  • Application Screening : after an initial screening, you’ll be sent a link to a series of questionnaires to assess your personal attitudes and technical background. This helps us assess better your fit with the open position.
  • Remote interview : If we select your profile, you’ll be invited to have the first call with a member of the PhotonPath executive team (CTO or COO) to dive deeper into your desires and expectations for your position at PhotonPath, as well as your motivation.
  • Face-to-face meeting : If we like each other, you’ll be welcome to meet us in our office, get to know your possible future colleagues, and get to know the people you’ll be working with every day. You will also meet the executive team for a final interview.

We aim to provide feedback in a maximum of one week after the conclusion of this process.

Each candidate is provided with the selection process results at every step of the journey, along with a short feedback on the performance.
