As a Senior Operations Manager , you will play a key role in the Italian market, overseeing priorities and shaping the agenda for micromobility. You will combine analytical and strategic perspectives to identify and address operational performance gaps across the market. Working with the market leadership team, you will ensure optimal fleet utilization, negotiate compliant terms with external service providers, and strive to meet the goals set by the General Manager . Your ultimate goal is to deliver a best-in-class micromobility service that delights customers. Your responsibilities include :

• Setting operational targets and managing performance at the city level to achieve P&L goals and improve key KPIs, ensuring a top-tier service.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as city officials and our public policy team, to improve service terms and conditions.
• Using data and analytics to optimize performance metrics like scooter utilization, fleet management, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to apply operational expertise and best practices across the market.
• Deepening understanding of operational complexities, staying updated on trends and innovations, and modeling operational best practices and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We seek an independent, analytical problem solver capable of managing multiple change initiatives, building trust, and communicating insights effectively to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and the ideal candidate has :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a growth startup, with a proven track record of results.
• Proficiency with tools like G-Suite and MS Office, and comfort analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI.
• Experience analyzing operational data, setting data-driven priorities, and monitoring operational performance.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong prioritization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
