As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will provide engineering expertise for multi-functional facility & sort systems related equipment maintenance. You will coordinate team activities during shifts, guide technicians, guarantee high equipment availability, and ensure health and safety standards are applied.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the team and develop technicians within the team.
• Guarantee high equipment availability for operations.
• Coordinate planned preventive and corrective maintenance on MHE equipment.
• Use CMMS to plan and execute maintenance and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Provide engineering expertise for facility and sort system maintenance, support automated systems, develop improvements, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems.
• Work in shifts.
